General policies

Booking - When you book with me online, I require a card on file to secure your appointment. This is to protect myself, I will not charge your card without giving you notice first.​

Cancellation - Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours I will charge your card on file for 50% of the service price. Exceptions will be made for legitimate emergencies, I’m not a total asshole.

Lateness - If you are not present for your appointment within 10 minutes of your scheduled time I will text you. If you do not respond and/or do not show up by 15 minutes after your scheduled time you will be considered a no-show and I will charge your card on file for 50% of the service price. If you do show up 15 or more minutes late, I will likely ask you to reschedule your appointment for another time, in addition to paying 50% of the service price for the appointment you’re missing. Again, exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis depending on availability, but please don’t be a dick.
